Hello there! I'm Stephanie and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives through evidence-based nutrition and health coaching. With a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and over 5 years of coaching experience, I've had the privilege of working with Europe's leading behaviour change telehealth companies in partnership with the NHS, helping over 1000 people improve their lives.
